MentorMate DevCamp is a 4-month training program designed to provide tutoring on Data Management & Analytics/Cloud & DevOps/Automation QA for young talents so that they can launch their careers as Data & BI Developers, Cloud & DevOps Engineers, or Automation QAs. During the program, you’ll receive both theoretical knowledge and practical assignments. You’ll be mentored by MentorMate’s highly qualified Data, Cloud, and QA experts, and you’ll get to work with some of the most intelligent and motivated fellows.
In the first two months of the DevCamp program, you’ll learn the basics of Data Engineering/Cloud & DevOps/Automation QA, go through extensive soft skills training, and meet your team and the mentor who will guide you throughout the program. This introductory period will provide you with an overview of MentorMate’s work approach and prepare you to become a part of our delivery teams.
During the second phase of your DevCamp experience, you’ll work on world-class projects for some of the largest global companies in sectors such as healthcare, finance, insurance, and more. Depending on the client and your career interests, you’ll focus on different tools and technologies: Data Science (Python, Scala, SQL, ETL, Apache Spark, Databricks, Data Warehouse, Power BI)/Cloud & DevOps (AWS/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Bash/PowerShell)/Automation QA (Gherkin, Cucumber, Selenium, Rest Assured, Java).
By the time you reach the third phase, you’ll have substantial Data Engineering/Cloud & DevOps Engineering/Automation QA experience, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise further. More than 60% of DevCamp graduates receive an offer for permanent employment at MentorMate.
